New To The Portal?
The first time you login, you can use your HMBGC Membership number… the last 4 digits of your Golflink Number… as both the username and your password.
You’ll then be logged in and prompted to pick a new password. Please write that down somewhere safe as we cannot retrieve it for you if you lose it.
Lost Your Password?
If you lose or forget your password, you’ll find a Forgot Password link below the login form. Click that and enter your Member ID again… the Last Four Digits of your Golflink Number.
The system will then send a Reset Code to your registered email address. On the next screen you’ll be prompted to enter that Reset Code and a new password.
Make sure your password is secure… a minimum of 8 characters, 1 uppercase and 1 number… and save. Be sure to write it down somewhere safe.
After that you’ll be returned to the login form where you can enter your Member ID and new Password to access the Member’s Portal.

The link below will open a short instruction manual for using the Member’s Portal. Please refer to that if you have any problems booking tee times or using the other features in the Member’s Portal.
This website should be accessible via your smart phone as well, but if you aren’t particularly tech-savvy, we do recommend you access it initially on a desktop computer, so you can look around and get familiar with the layout on a larger screen. You’ll then find it much easier to find what you need when you’re on your phone!
