NOTICE BOARDS/WEEKLY EMAIL
Members are requested to take notice of information posted on the notice board and should be conversant with such information before commencing play. Members should read the weekly email to ensure they are aware of events happening at the Club.
Owing to large fields it is essential that all members book starting times on the sheet provided and report to the Golf Shop fifteen minutes before booked time.
Timesheets are available at kiosks in the clubhouse and Golf Shop or online.
During the wet season, the Dry 9 timesheet will be used until we are confident the full course will be playable. At that time, the full timesheet will be opened with additional tee times.
Visitors are unable to book in to the Dry 9 timesheet until 2 days prior to the event
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING HANDICAPS
In order to obtain a handicap a player is required to submit three 18-hole cards or 6 9-hole cards. Each must be signed by the player and marker. The marker must have an official GA handicap.
Each card MUST be dated and indicate whether it is the 1st, 2nd or 3rd, etc, handicap card. Failure to annotate the handicap card correctly may result in the card being excluded from being used as one of the cards used to gain a handicap.
Once all cards have been received, the staff in the GolfShop will submit them to GolfLink and calculate your starting handicap. They will email you with this information.
